8th Annual Soap Box Derby and Block Party
What a beautiful day. The sun was shining, the weather was warm and not a cloud in the sky. The racing was action-packed and many from the neighbourhood and the church came out to have some fun racing, watching, cheering, bouncing, eating, and meeting neigbours and friends.

Israel and the Last Days: What Does the Bible Say
This conference featured Dr. Kim Riddlebarger (from the White Horse Inn), who dove into the millennial debate (thousand year reign of Christ), as well as spoke on the topics of the signs of the end times, the Antichrist, and Israel's place in it all.

John Calvin's Doctrine of Preaching
On Monday, January 18, 2010, Dr. Cornel Venema, president of Mid-America Reformed Seminary, spoke on John Calvin's doctrine of preaching, and the roles of the pastor and preaching in serving the church.
Dr. Venema is also Professor of Doctrinal Studies at the seminary.

April 2009
Marriage, Family and Singles Conference
On April 3-4, 2009, the ORC hosted a conference on marriage, family, and singleness that was rooted in our relationship with God. This conference was for people who wanted more than typical extended how-to sessions, with the "Thus saith the Lord" opinions of the speaker.
Attendees were encouraged in their earthly relationships by understanding how they are properly rooted in your relationship with God.
